November is Diabetes Awareness Month: Join us in bringing attention to diabetes and its impact on millions of Americans. GMS is participating in Diabetes Awareness by displaying informational posters in the hallways, providing morning messages, and by wearing a blue top on Tuesdays.

Counseling Department Philosophy
The philosophy of the Counseling Department is that the program reaches every student. It is comprehensive, preventative and developmental in nature and that it is an integral part of a total educational program for student success. It is related to three components: academic, career, and personal/social development.

Your GMS PTSA sponsors parent workshops and student activities as well as provides sports equipment for all students for active play during recess.
